Savanna & Sam’s wedding was a three-day celebration in the Tuscan countryside, bringing everyone together at the beautiful Castello Segalari for a weekend that felt unmistakably Italian.
From pizza parties to Italian bands and ice cream, this wedding had all the necessary ingredients for a fairytale destination wedding in Tuscany.
Savanna & Sam’s wedding unfolded over three days in the Tuscan countryside — a weekend of long tables, warm evenings, live music and that unmistakable feeling of an Italian summer. Set around Castello Segalari, overlooking the landscape of Castagneto Carducci, the celebration felt intimate and effortlessly relaxed from the very beginning.
The first evening set the tone. A welcome party under the Tuscan sky, glasses constantly being refilled and a live Italian band moving through the crowd as everyone settled into the weekend. It was loud in all the right ways — spontaneous dancing, conversations stretching late into the evening and the feeling that nobody needed to be anywhere else.
The wedding day at Castello Segalari brought a different energy. Romantic and refined, but never overly formal. The historic stone walls, cypress trees and rolling landscape became the backdrop for an emotional ceremony, followed by an open-air dinner as the light softened over the countryside. As evening turned into night, the elegance slowly gave way to a packed dance floor and a proper Italian summer party.
And then came day three — perhaps the most effortless of them all. A slow afternoon around the pool with nowhere to rush to and nothing left on the schedule. Fresh pizza coming out throughout the day, Aperol Spritz in hand, Italian ice cream, swims between conversations and music carrying across the garden.
It was the perfect ending to a weekend that never felt like a single wedding day stretched across three days. Each part had its own atmosphere — the anticipation of the welcome party, the emotion and elegance of the wedding, and the beautiful simplicity of the final afternoon by the pool.
Three days in Tuscany, surrounded by their favourite people, with incredible food, endless music and the kind of warm, unhurried energy that makes you wish the weekend could last just a little longer.
