The best photographs and films happen when you forget about the camera. That’s why connection comes first — getting to know each other, building trust, and making sure we genuinely click before the wedding ever begins.

1. INQUIRY FORM
Fill out the contact form on our Inquire page and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. 

2. THE CALL
We will schedule a video call to e-meet you and discuss everything about your wedding.

3. PLANNING & CONSULT
We go over all the details, running order, suppliers, etc. at least 2 weeks before your wedding. 

4. DELIVERY
After your wedding, we deliver all your photos & films within 14 weeks. 

FAQ

Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. We regularly photograph and film celebrations across Europe and beyond. Travel and accommodation within Europe are included in our collections.

Will we work with Mark & Kali personally?
Yes. We personally photograph, film and edit every wedding we accept, ensuring a consistent experience and signature style from start to finish.

How do we secure our date?
A signed agreement and booking retainer are required to officially reserve your date. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you offer coverage for welcome dinners and post-wedding events?
Yes. Additional celebrations can either be included in selected collections or added separately to create a bespoke multi-day experience.

Do you offer drone coverage?
Drone coverage is available whenever local regulations, venue restrictions and weather conditions permit.

We feel awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
Completely. Most of our couples tell us the same thing. Our approach is relaxed and unobtrusive, allowing you to enjoy your celebration while we document it naturally.

Can we customise a collection?
Of course. Every celebration is different, and we're always happy to tailor a collection around your plans.

Do you charge for travel and accommodation?
Our fees include travel and accommodation for Europe. We do not charge for travel and accommodation in the UAE.

Are you legally allowed to work in Europe?
Absolutely. We are European citizens and operate through a registered business, allowing us to legally photograph and film weddings throughout Europe.
