A sun-soaked wedding weekend in the hills of southern Spain, Rebecca and Adam's celebration at Karma La Herriza brought together everything we love about weddings in Marbella — warm Andalusian light, incredible scenery, long evenings outside and a celebration that never felt overly formal.

Set in the Andalusian countryside above the Costa del Sol, Karma La Herriza felt like the perfect setting for Rebecca and Adam's wedding weekend. Whitewashed buildings, mountain views and quiet courtyards gave the entire celebration an unmistakably southern Spanish atmosphere.
The weekend began with a casual welcome party — drinks, music and everyone settling into the slower rhythm of Spain before the wedding day itself.
What followed was exactly the kind of destination wedding we love to photograph and film: relaxed from the beginning, beautiful without feeling overly styled, and full of energy once the party started.

Karma La Herriza sits among the mountains near Gaucín, away from the busier coastline of Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Surrounded by nature and traditional Andalusian architecture, the venue has the feeling of a small Spanish village — intimate enough for everyone to stay close, but with completely different spaces and backdrops throughout the day.
That setting shaped the atmosphere of the wedding. Nothing felt rushed. Guests moved between the courtyards, terraces and outdoor spaces, drinks were rarely far away, and the whole day had the easy rhythm of a summer celebration in southern Spain.
We approached their wedding photography and film in much the same way: documenting what was actually happening rather than constantly pulling Rebecca and Adam away from it. Alongside the portraits and editorial frames, we wanted the photographs to hold onto the movement, warmth and personality of the weekend.
